| Each month, Power Sport Taekwondo Martial Arts Academy honors a student from among its ranks for good attitude, discipline and zeal in taekwondo. It is also meant to provide an opportunity for members to know their friends better. Selections rotate among the academy’s members from month to month. Only 12 students earn “Student of the Month” accolades each calendar year, with an individual honored each month. Students may be selected for this prestigious honor only once in their careers at Power Sport Taekwondo Martial Arts Academy. |

| Reasons for taking up taekwondo: | I watched The Karate Kid when I was 7 years old. From then on, I really wanted to learn a martial art. I was very thankful I could attend Taekwondo classes in SKTM in Std 2. Also, Taekwondo is a great workout and an effective form of self defence, which is very important in today’s world. |

| Favorite food: | All kinds of wraps, dosa, fried chicken, cheese cake, burgers, smoothies, lemonade, basically nothing healthy! |

| Reasons: | Because they are the best! They are so dedicated and they care for each student. They keep pushing us to do our best! Because of them, I want to continue learning Taekwondo for as long as I can. |

| Things I like to do the most: | Reading classics or books about dinosaurs, watching Jurassic Park and other old movies over and over again, playing football, playing violin, cycling, walking in the park, acting like a dinosaur, drawing, Taekwondo |
