SMJK Kwang Hua Klang 2011/2012

It’s been over more than 30 over years since SMJK Kwang Hua Taekwondo Club was established. Generations after generations our Taekwondo Club has continued the legacy of this Korean Martial Art, Taekwondo. Although it’s been years, SMJK Kwang Hua Taekwondo Club is still standing strong till today.

Moreover, I would like to take this opportunity to thank our instructor Master Leong Yong Wah, 7th Dan and assisted by Mr. Tan Kien Tat, 3rd Dan for teaching us self-defence and self-discipline. Taekwondo is Our Way Of Life, we train diligently every Saturday and in every session we always strive to do our best. All are welcome to train with us, our training starts from 4.30p.m. till 6.30p.m every Saturday except on Public holidays.

2010/2011

Taekwondo Club in SMJK Kwang Hua was established since 1974. Currently, we have more than 70 members and still growing. Our training is held every Saturday, in Dataran Kwang Hua from 4.30pm to 6.30pm. Master Leong Yong Wah, is our instructor and assisted by Mr. Tan Kien Tat and Mr. Chong Zhi Hao. Kudos to the dedicated instructors, committees, and of course, not forgetting the members who play a vital role in keeping the Taekwondo club standing tall not just in the past and present, but hopefully for many more years to come. We train diligently every week and in each session we always strive to do our best. Beside the training, we have a lot of fun too in other activities. We are like one big happy family, sharing our precious and joyful moments together.

Taekwondo is a well known and popular Korean martial art . Through the training, we not only learn to protect ourselves but it also molds us to be a better person. At the end of the day, we find we are more confident and discipline.

I would like to express my gratitude to Master Leong Yong Wah for being a caring and responsible instructor. All are welcome to join us. Thank you.

Having a history of more than 30 years is one of the most amazing things about the Taekwondo Club in Kwang Hua High School. Without an iota of doubt, this uniform body is still standing strong till this date.

Kudos to the dedicated instructors, committees, and of course, not forgetting the members who play a vital role in keeping the Taekwondo club standing tall not just in the past and present, but hopefully for many more years to come. We sure have been through a lot of ups and downs, but we still stick together no matter what as there’s this one thing which keeps us united –  Taekwondo.
